Following the announcement of the creation of ImphyTek PowdersTM SAS in November 2019, Aperam and Tekna are proud to announce that they have received the European Commission clearance for the creation of a full-function joint venture in the field of nickel and specialty alloy spherical powders.


21 February 2020 - Aperam and Tekna are proud to announce that they have obtained the European Commission clearance to create a full-function joint venture combining their expertise in nickel and Specialty Alloy spherical powders for advanced additive manufacturing technologies. Aperam and Tekna are proceeding with the filing of the articles of incorporation papers that will lead to a simplified joint-stock company.

As previously announced, the new company, ImphyTek PowdersTM SAS will be based in France and market the jointly developed high quality spherical metal powders to meet the growing needs of additive manufacturing and metal injection molding in all industrial segments and therefore serve the most demanding local and global customer specifications.
