ICPT - 15

Tekna’s 15 kW ICP unit gives you the flexibility to explore many different plasma environments and conditions as well as making quick adjustments to produce several different variations.

This unit is equipped with user-friendly touch-screen operation interface allowing the close monitoring and achieving of process conditions.

Three linear displacement system can be used either to introduce intrusive instruments such as heat flux, stagnation pressure probe or enthalpy probe and test samples. The vacuum system allows operation down to 10 mbar in the test chamber.
