TEKNANO systems are purpose-built to synthesize premium-quality nanomaterials from a broad range of metals and ceramics. 
Our scalable plasma process accommodates solid, liquid, or gaseous feedstocks, enabling the production of high-purity, spherical nanopowders with tightly controlled particle size distributions. 

Each particle passing through the plasma is fully vaporized and rapidly solidified in-flight through controlled nucleation under contamination-free conditions. The result is state-of-the-art nanopowders ideally suited for the most demanding and rapidly evolving applications, including semiconductors, energy storage, coatings, catalysts, and advanced manufacturing.
