Vertically Integrated Plasma Powder Manufacturing

Tekna powders are produced using our own in-house plasma systems, fully designed and engineered internally around our proprietary induction plasma technology. This vertically integrated approach ensures complete control over every stage of powder production. Our induction plasma atomization process delivers powders with exceptional density, high flowability, and superior sphericity, while achieving the highest levels of purity to meet the most demanding industrial requirements.
