TEK SPHERO-15

TekSphero-15 is a compact yet powerful spheroidization system engineered to support advanced R&D and small-scale production. Designed for versatility, it delivers highly spherical powders with excellent purity and consistency, while adapting seamlessly to evolving operational needs.

Engineered for material innovation and laboratory-scale production, TekSphero-15 enables the development and optimization of spherical powders for research, feasibility studies, and early-stage qualification.

Designed for ease of maintenance and operation, the system supports rapid changeovers between different materials and sample batches—making it ideal for multi-project R&D environments.

A flexible R&D platform that allows users to refine processes at small scale and prepare for smooth transition toward industrial production. Powder handling is performed under a ventilated hood, and the system can be easily dismantled and cleaned. Exchangeable reactors enable nanopowder synthesis or coating configurations.
