TEKNANO systems are purpose-built to synthesize premium-quality nanomaterials from a broad range of metals and ceramics.
Our scalable plasma process accommodates solid, liquid, or gaseous feedstocks, enabling the production of high-purity, spherical nanopowders with tightly controlled particle size distributions.

Each particle passing through the plasma is fully vaporized and rapidly solidified in-flight through controlled nucleation under contamination-free conditions. The result is state-of-the-art nanopowders ideally suited for the most demanding and rapidly evolving applications, including semiconductors, energy storage, coatings, catalysts, and advanced manufacturing.

All TEKNANO systems are designed and manufactured at Tekna’s facilities, allowing us to deliver customized solutions tailored to customer requirements while maintaining complete control over every stage of the manufacturing process.
