Tekna was founded in 1990 by Professors Maher Boulos and Jerzy Jurewicz from the Université de Sherbrooke in Canada.
A teacher and researcher, Mr. Boulos is a distinguished specialist in plasmas and their industrial applications. His many years of research have led him to write nearly 150 publications and 2 books, hold 25 patents, and receive numerous awards.
