Tungsten is well known for high density combined with good electrical and thermal conductivity, making it a material of choice for electrical and microelectronic applications.
 
The TEKMAT™ Flo - W product line, spherical and densified Tungsten Powder from Tekna, offers higher density, higher purity and better flow-ability than standard Tungsten powder.

Various size fractions are available from a few microns to several hundreds microns. Typical size fractions are the following:
