Scrubbing Towers

For the treatment of the corrosive effluent gas, we recommend the scrubbing tower to trap the chlorides. A closed loop recirculation tower will trap the HCl produced by the system before releasing the gas stream to atmosphere. The system works on a batch processing where NaOH is recycled with a dedicated pump. A PH sensor will indicate the acidity of the solution which can be used to know when to change the solution. 

Each process requiring a different precursor requires a detailed analysis of the operating parameters and assessment of the risk involved.
