Vibration Powder Feeder

Tekna’s PFV  powder feeder series is designed to feed various types of powder by the means of vibration bowl who assure a constant flow into injection or dispersion probe. The PFV is provided three different models.

PFV 100 – laboratory scale vibration powder feeder

The PFV-100 is basic feeder which is suitable for laboratory usage in small batch and without weight monitoring. The PFV 100 is provided with a remote vibration control. The feeder is equipped with a refill port located on the top. The operator can visualize the powder feeding through a clear glass. The purge ports allows a thorough purge of oxygen before injection to the process.

 

PFV 101 – Pilot vibration feeder

Based on the same design of the PFV-100, this feeder integrates an autonomous control box with touch screen interface to control the feed rate and the gas flow for the carrier gas. In addition the PFV101 feeder allows a continuous monitoring of the powder remaining in the hopper. The feed rate is calculated and displayed on the operator interface.

 

PFV 102 – Industrial vibration feeder

The PFV-102 continuously refills the powder in the main feeder hopper and allows refilling of the secondary hopper without interruption of feeding.
