PFD Disk Powder Feeder

PFD-400 – Laboratory scale Disk feeder

The PF-400 is designed for batch operation to feed various types of powders between 10-200 μm. This feeder incorporates a number of important features:

  • a powder weighing system, which allows the user to measure the amount of powder left in the feeder
  • Feed rate display
  • a canister tilting arrangement that allows the easy removal of powder from the canister
  • a fluidization mechanism that facilitates the flow of the powder in the canister
  • an adjustable vibration system that ensures continuous feeding of the less-flowing fine powders
  • Vacuum port for degassing of the powders in the canister
  • Remote control

 



 

PFD-800- Industrial Scale Powder Feeder

The PF800 is designed to feed various types of powders in the range of 10-200 μm.  The powder feeder incorporates a number of important features:

  • Vacuum purge port
  • Air lock to reload feeder without interrupting feeding
  • Powder weighing system
  • Online feed rate display.
  • Rapid unloading port
  • A vibration system for continuous feeding of the less feedable fine particles. (Optional)
  • Interlock with external equipments
